• Fuel Station searches:

  Note: Some configuration is required in order to search for fuel stations. If you submit a fuel station search without the fuel feature configured, OneBox will attempt to find a suitable result using a different search method.

  • fuel stops along a route (e.g. fuel ahead | fuel along the way)

  • Customer POIs by OwnerId (i.e. customer code) assuming that the customer code exists in Maptuit's POI system (e.g. @1234567)

  • Customer POIs by OwnerId (i.e. customer code) followed by "," and a fallback address. The customer code must exist in the customer's POI database in Maptuit's POI system.

  • Customer POIs by OwnerName prefix. The prefix must be followed by a '.' (e.g. Maptu.)

    Note: You can only search for places along a route if there is a route currently available (e.g. in NaviGo).

  Note: Intersections and junctions can be specified using the following symbols and phrases: &, +, /, and, meet, and at.

  Important: When using the & symbol in URL format, you must encode the symbol using %26

  Note: Driver searches only work if GPS is available (i.e. NaviGo).

• Address Book queries:

  Note: The address book feature is currently only available to NaviGo users. Configuration is required prior to use.

  • save as @home: Saves the current location as a personal address book entry called home. This location can be retrieved later using the search query @home.

  • delete @home: Deletes the personal address book entry called home. This command will only delete entries located in your personal address book.

  • address book: Lists all entries in your personal address book.

• Recent destination searches (e.g. recent). This query returns a list of destinations that the driver has recently visited, ordered with the most recent destination first.

  Note: The recent feature is automatically enabled for NaviGo users. For all other users, some configuration is required. Contact your customer support representative for more information.
